Chapter 1. General Provisions
§ 1. [General Provisions]
1. The Terms and Conditions define the rules and conditions for using the Online Store www.wszystkodlazwierzat.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Store"), as well as the rights, obligations, and liability conditions of the Administrator and the Store Users.
2. Before using the Store, every User should carefully read these Terms and Conditions. Using the Store signifies acceptance of all provisions contained in the Terms and Conditions.
3. The Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge before entering into an agreement for the provision of electronic services and - upon the User's request - in a way that allows obtaining, reproducing, and storing its content via the User's telecommunication system.
4. The Administrator provides services according to the principles set out in these Terms and Conditions.
5. Regarding Sales Agreements concluded via the Store:
(a) The Seller is the Administrator,
(b) The Buyer is the Store User.
§ 2. [Definitions]
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
(a) Electronic Address – identification of a telecommunication system enabling communication via electronic means, in particular, an email address;
(b) Purchase Form – a script that is part of the Store, serving as an Electronic Communication Means that allows placing an Order;
(c) Commercial Information – any information aimed at directly or indirectly promoting goods, services, or the image of an entrepreneur or a professional;
(d) Store – the online store store.qoliber.com operated by the Administrator at https://store.qoliber.com/, consisting of web pages, scripts, graphic elements, and electronic services;
(e) Spam – all types of messages, communications, and materials sent without the Administrator’s consent to other Users;
(f) Telecommunication System – a set of cooperating IT devices and software ensuring the processing, storage, transmission, and reception of data via telecommunications networks using an appropriate end device;
(g) Provision of Services by Electronic Means – performing a service provided without the simultaneous presence of the parties (remotely) through the transmission of data at the recipient’s individual request;
(h) Electronic Communication Means – technical solutions enabling individual remote communication;
(i) Goods – products available for purchase in the Store;
(j) Sales Agreement – a sales contract for Goods concluded as a result of placing an Order;
(k) User – a natural person who is at least 18 years old, has full legal capacity, and uses the Store;
(l) Order – an instruction to purchase Goods placed by a User via Electronic Communication Means.
§ 3. [Basic and Technical Information]
The Store Administrator is FIERO GROUP Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Głogowska 31/33, 60-702 Poznań, Poland, VAT ID: 7792423813.
The Store offers the following types of electronic services:
(a) thematic pages;
(b) an online store;
Using the Store is possible via a computer and other devices that allow internet browsing and are equipped with appropriate software, including a web browser.
The Store contains only informational and commercial content.
§ 4. [Using the Store’s Website]
Using and registering in the Store is voluntary and free of charge. The condition for using the Store is the acceptance and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Administrator reserves the right to send Commercial Information to Users and to place advertising content in commonly used internet formats.
The Administrator has the right to periodically disable access to the Store or its parts for expansion or maintenance purposes, as well as to temporarily suspend access without providing reasons.
